What data wrt.agency collects, why, where it is stored and how to have it deleted

What data we process and why
Forms and the chat consultant: your name (if you provide it), your contact detail (email, phone or Telegram), the text of your enquiry, the content of your dialogue with the bot. Purpose — to answer your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis — your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox before submitting. Technical data: IP address (abuse protection, request limits), chat session identifier. Chat sessions are stored for 30 minutes and deleted automatically. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell data to third parties.
Processing that involves AI
The chat consultant runs on an OpenAI model. Before the text is sent to the model, contact details (emails, phone numbers, messenger identifiers, long sequences of digits) are masked automatically, and the model does not receive them. The contact detail you leave for us to reach you goes directly into our enquiry handling system, bypassing the AI provider.
Where data is stored
The infrastructure of the website and the chat is hosted on Hetzner servers (Germany / Finland, EU). Enquiries arrive in our enquiry tracking system and in the team's work messenger. By submitting your data you agree to its processing in the jurisdictions named above.
International nature of the processing
The website is accessible from any country. The controller is located in the Republic of Belarus and is governed by the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Personal Data Protection” No. 99-Z; at the same time we voluntarily follow the key principles of the GDPR: data minimisation, purpose limitation, storage limitation, the right of access and the right to erasure — regardless of the country you contacted us from.
Retention periods
Enquiry data is stored while work on your request is under way, and for up to 3 years after the last contact — for the record of the relationship. At your request it is deleted earlier.
Your rights
You can request: what data about you is stored; its correction; its deletion. Write to privacy@wrt.agency — we reply within 10 working days.
Changes
The current version is always on this page, the date is at the top of the document. Effective from 25.08.2026.
